Adoption Monday: Keely’s ready to be a keeper for 2018

It's the holiday season and the new year is just around the corner, but there's still time to start 2018 with a new four-legged friend.

This week the Monmouth County SPCA brings us Keely as the Adoption Monday pup of choice.

Keely is a sweet 10-month-old Irish Terrier pup who came to New Jersey from an overcrowded shelter down south. Keely is a happy girl who loves her toys and tennis balls. Don't let her size fool you, Keely is a ball of energy who loves to play during the day yet cuddle up on your lap at night.

How to adopt:

The Monmouth County SPCA asks would-be pet parents to visit the Homeward Bound Adoption Center in Eatontown or the Adoption Center at the Freehold Raceway Mall to meet its pets. It only conducts adoptions in person, and asks that you please bring all family members. To receive more information, call the adoption line: 732-542-5962.

The Monmouth County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals was founded in 1945 to care for the community’s homeless, neglected and abused animals.
