On weekends, the music comes out to play and so do I. I have the best job in the world, playing Jersey’s Favorite Hits, and I’ve been doing it for more than 20 years here on New Jersey 101.5. You can catch me on Friday nights from 7 p.m. to midnight as well as Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. We have jokes, traffic, weather and great music. One of the great things I love to do is remote broadcasts and appearances. We go all over New Jersey for more fun and I get to meet the people that enjoy the show and our fine station. I live true to my motto: “Livin’ Large and Lovin’ Life.” Who has more fun than me?

Gary U.S. Bonds is a Rock and Roll icon but he’s also a good friend of mine. He loves to entertain and is probably the most down to earth close to home person in the music business.

The only problem with making stuffed mushrooms is that they’re so good that you just want to eat them like M&M’s!
Big Joe’s “Stuff Your Face” Pork Chops

Big Joe shares Briody’s corned beef and cabbage recipe
There is nothing like a good saloon. A neighborhood bar is a place where you can go and enjoy the comfort of friends and share family memories.
Big Joe’s Homemade Irish Coffee
When celebrating the Irish holiday of St. Patrick’s Day we may imbibe in a wee one or two of an Irish Coffee. I really enjoy Irish coffee, served mostly this time of year; I like it to warm up and as a grand finish to a great meal.
