Dashcam captured Atlantic City road rage confrontation

The morning incident from last year was caught on the victim’s dashboard camera, and footage was handed over to the police.

On Sept. 12, 2025, Atlantic City Police officers responded to a road rage incident on Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard just before 9:30 a.m.

The victim told officers that after he stopped for an ambulance that was crossing an intersection, Marin blew through a red light in his white Nissan Altima and almost crashed with the victim.

After a brief confrontation the victim tried to drive away, but Marin cut him off from the passenger side and began threatening him.

Marin said he would kill the man and his dog, then got an orange stun gun from his Nissan and approached the victim’s car.

The victim moved his car forward while saying he was calling the police, causing Marin to ultimately leave.
