You’re not from New Jersey unless …
On Monday's show we took stories from people who had seen a bear in New Jersey. This might not seem a big thing, especially if you live in a county like Warren. But for some of us, it feels like a missing checkbox.
With bears spotted in all 21 counties and the bear population growing exponentially since Murphy canceled the bear hunt, it just feels like everyone else has seen a bear except me. I know that's not true, I'm just saying it feels that way.
It seems like one of those things that tells you whether you're truly from New Jersey. I mean come on, even Tony Soprano had a bear in his swimming pool.
So I started thinking ... what else makes you true Jersey? Hardly scientific, but here's my offering.
