What is the Funniest Movie of All-Time?

I recently came across a montage of signature moments from great comedy films. I was very happy to see that a lot of my favorite comedies made it into the video. While the quality of comedies released today seem to be worse than they were back in the day, it's nice to see some newer films represented.
