Warren Hills H.S. quarterback Evan Murray dies after game injury

The quarterback at Warren Hills High School died Friday night after being injured during a game.

NJ.com reports that Evan Murray, a three sport senior, was injured in the game against Summit at the school in Washington Township in Warren County and died shortly afterward. The circumstances and cause of death have not been released.

"We're all very deeply saddened by the passing of Evan Murray," interim superintendent Gary Bowen told NJ.com. Bowen says the school will offer grief counseling at the school after 9 a.m. on Saturday.
