If you tend to eat out at restaurants with any regularity, chances are you have seen places offering flatbread.

Sometimes there are whole sections of some menus devoted to this modern twist on the pizza. It’s kind of a pizza but generally not cooked with fresh dough.

There are several products you can use as your platform for the flatbread if you make it home.
There are several different varieties I find at supermarkets and one that I like the most is non-Bread by Stonefire.

They come in various shapes and sizes. My favorite is the smaller tear-shaped version and size. Here are two very easy very tasty flatbreads. You can easily make it at home with a little effort and not much time.
