Shooting Leaves 1 Wounded in Neptune

It's the second shooting in the Monmouth County township in five days.

Police Sgt. Scott Cox tells the Asbury Park Press the shooting happened around 9:45 p.m. Thursday near Route 35 and Milton Avenue.

Police do not believe the injuries are life-threatening. The name of the victim has not been released.

A shooting in Neptune on Sunday left two men from Asbury Park wounded.
