Police Locate Missing Belleville 12-Year-Old Boy

Belleville Police and the New Jersey State Police Missing Persons Bureau have quickly located a missing 12-year-old boy.

Charlie Castillo was last seen Thursday morning around 7 a.m at his home and issued an alert on Thursday afternoon.
