$400,000 for NJ kids — How one Jersey Shore coffee shop is changing lives
Ortley Beach’s beloved Pop’s Coffee Shop is marking a remarkable milestone this weekend.
Since opening in 2020, the local business has donated more than $400,000 to Make-A-Wish New Jersey through its ongoing partnership, turning every cup of coffee into life-changing wishes for children battling critical illnesses.
On Saturday, July 19, the community is invited to join the celebration at Pop’s as they mark six years of this inspiring collaboration.

How Pop's Coffee Shop is turning coffee into wishes for NJ kids
The event will feature live music, giveaways, and a special check presentation highlighting the impact they’ve made together.
Make-A-Wish New Jersey President & CEO Tom Weatherall joined me on air this week to share more about this unique partnership, how everyday coffee purchases are helping grant wishes, and what guests can expect at the July 19 celebration.
This is another great example of how a local business can make a profound difference in the lives of children and families right here in New Jersey.
Stop by Pop’s Coffee Shop, grab a coffee, and help make more wishes come true!
Congratulations to Phil Battista and the entire Pop’s team for their incredible generosity and community spirit.
