Officials: Hammonton Mom, Son Stabbed Repeatedly

Authorities in southern New Jersey say an Atlantic County mother and adult son were fatally stabbed.

The bodies of 64-year-old Diana Patterson and 29-year-old son Ryan Patterson were found early Thursday inside their Hammonton home.

An autopsy report released Friday by the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office concluded that Ryan Patterson sustained more than 20 stab wounds and his mother sustained more than 10 wounds.

No arrests have been made in the killings.
