NJ Investigating Fight at State Prison

Corrections Department officials are trying to sort out what happened in a fight that left some guards injured at a New Jersey prison Wednesday.

Corrections spokeswoman Danielle Hunter says the altercation between inmates at Mountainview Youth Correction Facility began after noon.

No other details were immediately available.

Mountainview houses around 1,100 young adult inmates in the northwestern town of Annandale.
