The New Jersey-based operator of a thrill ride that flew apart at the Ohio State Fair and killed one person says it was looked over several times by its staff and independent inspectors.

Several New Jersey beaches that were closed earlier this week, after high bacteria levels were found in the ocean, are open again. However, even staying on the sand may pose a risk.

Last night on "Ask the Governor," Chris Christie once again said he thought a photo of him and his family alone on the beach was misleading and ridiculous, but his kids were very upset by it.

The Senate has rejected a measure to repeal parts of former President Barack Obama's health care law.
