A man who has held a valid California driver license despite having no hands is upset that Wisconsin forced him to take a road test (which he failed) to get a license there. He’s says he’s being discriminated against, but HE HAS NO HANDS. After failing the test, he went “DMV shopping” looking for an office that would just accept his California license as proof he could drive, but one required a doctor’s note and the other wanted him to take a road test.

He seems shocked that people would think that having no hands might pose a problem when it comes to driving. He wants laws in Wisconsin to change to end this discrimination
