The unfurnished two-story, single-family home in Howell was filled with 32 mature marijuana plants that were over six feet tall when it was searched last month.

Howell police charged 33-year-old Guillermo Fabian with drug possession and distribution charges as well as operating a drug facility.

Fabian's last known address was in Elizabeth.

Police say the sophisticated plant-growing system illegally tapped into a utility line to power fluorescent lights, heat, fans and drainage and irrigation systems.
