Ex-Spouses Sentenced For NJ Bulk Mail Fraud
A former husband and wife who owned a New Jersey-based bulk mailing company have each been sentenced to a year in prison after admitting to engaging in fraud.
The U.S. Attorney for New Jersey says 49-year-old Joseph Bisogno and 52-year-old Kathleen Bisogno of Toms River defrauded clients of their bulk mailing house, KA Mailers LLC of Eatontown, by dumping large amounts of mail instead of posting it.
The ex-spouses were each sentenced Thursday in Trenton federal court to one year and one day in prison.
They each previously pleaded guilty to one count each of conspiracy to commit wire fraud.
