Eagles vs. 49ers — Fluffy’s pick for this Sunday’s game

My dog Fluffy has been forecasting football games for the past two years by eating out of the bowl in front of the team that he thinks is going to win. He spends the time leading up to it doing extensive research. He actually reads the sports pages before he pees on them.

Here, Fluffy makes his pick for the 6-1 Eagles who are hosting the winless San Francisco 49ers this Sunday at 1 p.m. at Lincoln Financial Field. Is this a trap game for the birds? Is this game for the birds? The Eagles have the best record in the NFC East.

When the season started everyone thought they would be competing with the New York Giants for the division. The way it's turning out, it's the 49ers who are competing with the Giants for the number one pick in the draft.
