  • For the eggplant 2-3 medium eggplant, washed and sliced into 1” discs (leave skin on)
  • Cooking oil spray
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
