Saturday night I had the pleasure of working with Justin Willman, host of "Cup Cake Wars" on the Food Network, and I asked him what he would put in a Jersey cupcake. Then I asked you. Let the recipes begin!
We had numerous votes for pork roll ... but in a cupcake?
Then came the idea of a maple creme filling with bits of Taylor ham on top. MMMmmm.
Another Jersey comic, Al Casalnova, replied to the same question with "blueberries, cranberries, and of course attitude!"
Eric Davis says a Jersey cupcake should have a file in it. ;)
