NEW BRUNSWICK — Three men have been arrested and charged in relation to the stabbing death of a fourth city man.

Middlesex County Prosecutor Andrew C. Carey said 20-year-old Manuel "Manny" Maldonado, 18-year-old Jose David "Sparky" Vasquez-Rivera, and 18-year-old Xavier "Caballo" Sanchez-Parrall all face murder and robbery charges.

Carey said the charges come from the death of Enrique Perez Galindo, 29, who was stabbed and robbed of his money early Saturday morning. Carey said Galindo was able to get back into his apartment where he died a short time later.

The case is being investigated by Det. Drew Weiss from the New Brunswick Police Department and Det. David Abromaitis of the Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office. Anyone with information is asked to contact Det. Weiss at 732-745-5200, or Det. Abromaitis at 732-745-4436.
