There's a lot of fun events on our calendar, but here's our top picks for this weekend:

Best of North, Central and South Jersey

North Jersey
Love carving pumpkins? Head over to 14 Allentown Road, Lebanon for
Jack-o-Lantern Carving on Friday, Oct 30, 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Perfect family fun day! There will be medium sized pumpkins and carving materials will be provided so everyone can carve a spooky (or silly) pumpkin together! After the pumpkins are carved, they will be lit around the campfire, marshmellows will be roasted, and not so scary stories will be told to get ready for Halloween night! $10 per pumpkin + $5 per child. This program fills up quickly so make sure to reserve your spot soon!

Central Jersey
Looking for an excuse to guzzle some beer, play games, and eat?  Only catch is you have to run a 5K first.  Grab friends and attend October Beerfest 5K and Lawn Games Tourney on Oct 31, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. head to Rahway River Park, Rahway! The picnic party runs from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. and features burgers and dogs hot off the grill, DJ entertainment, Beer (domestic and craft), and lawn games. Your registration gets you access to our 5K Beer Run course complete with Beer Stations OR entry into the Lawn Games Tourney (OR Both), entry to the awesome picnic party, and your official "Here's To Me" souvenir tee.

South Jersey
Looking for a fun Halloween event? Check out Hoots N Howls on Saturday, Oct. 31,  4 p.m. to 7 p.m.The event will have games, crafts, train ride, haunted house, costume contests, jack-o-lantern carving contest and more. The magic show will begin at 4 p.m. sharp at 600 Block Station Avenue, Haddon Heights There will also be food and drinks  There will be a costume contest for all wishing to participate,  the three categories, are: family, under 5, and 6 & over. The jack-o-lantern carving contest will run during the length of the Hoots N Howls event. All wishing to participate in the jack-o-lantern carving contest should bring their completed entry prior to the start of the event at 3:30 p.m.

Camden County
South Jersey’s Children’s Halloween Fest
This Halloween fun exclusively for children under 12 years old and held indoors.Everyone is invited to wear their favorite Halloween costume! There will be many games, magic shows, fall arts and crafts, Trick or Treat Stroll, coloring contests, face & body painting, and more. Go watch The Center Stage Studio for the Performing Arts dance show on both days of the Halloween Fest.
You can also enter to win a $10,000 home renovation or service give away when visiting the Halloween Fest. You must be 18 & older to enter and the drawing will be held in November of 2016. Entry forms available on line at alwayspositivegroup.com and entries will be accepted at the Always Positive Group events scheduled in 2015 & 2016.

Zombie Mud Run at Field of Terror
The Zombie Mud Run at Field of Terror features a corn maze, an obstacle course full of mud, a ghostly cemetery where runners can climb in and out of open graves, and more.
