
Suspects remain at large in fatal Orange, NJ hit-and-run
ORANGE — A man was struck and killed in a double hit-and-run last week in Orange.
The Essex County Prosecutor’s Office and township police say 46-year-old Felipe Chay was struck Saturday, May 14 at approximately 11 p.m. on Scotland Road.
A preliminary investigation indicated Chay was struck by two vehicles and neither driver remained on the scene.
No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
