Super-spreader leftover pasta sauce — The. Best. (Opinion)
Over the weekend, we had a super-spreader dinner featuring boneless short ribs made by our good friend Amy. Yes, the same Amy who makes the best latkes in, well, ever. I don't have her recipe so I can't share it, but I can tell you that the meat just fell apart and melted in your mouth. What I can share is how we handled the leftovers!
I was very happy that there was enough left over from Saturday night to give me a chance to repurpose the meat into a delicious sauce (or...gravy!). The best part? The whole process took about 25 minutes.
