Power Outage Numbers Getting Smaller

A full week after the freak "Snowtober" storm that left amost 700,000 residents of central and northern New Jersey without power--life is slowly returning to normal.   

PSE&G reports 1,700 customers are still without service.  

 JCP&L says power is restored to 96 percent of its customers. Some residents still without power said they felt the company's numbers could be exaggerated.  Many said they received calls saying their power was back--when it wasn't.
