New Jerseyans created your perfect smokey day playlist

You might have noticed the less than desirable air conditions in the Garden State over the past few days.

Smoke from the Canadian wildfires has made its way to New Jersey, leaving many of us with itchy eyes, a runny nose, and a generally unpleasant and hazy view.

I don’t know about you, but when I step outside, I can actually taste the smoke. Depending on where you are in the state, it’s a whole ordeal.

With this in mind, we tried to find a silver lining on Thursday’s afternoon show on New Jersey 101.5. We did this by asking what songs people would add to a playlist for this smokey stretch.

The songs could have included “smoke,” “fire,” “haze,” whatever the weather made you think of.
