Phil, a good friend of the show, joined us to discuss a very special bicycle ride he is putting together, entitled "Biking for Jake (And Donuts) across NJ to help bring awareness and  to soldiers stricken with PTSD. The donations will benefit New Jersey Run for the Fallen. There will be a fundraiser for the ride, on Thursday July 20, at Cypress Brewing in Edison.
