NJ man disappears while hunting, has been missing for days

New York State Police are searching for a 67-year-old New Jersey man who was reported missing from his hunting cabin Saturday.

John D. Bourgholtze was last seen at his cabin on Streeter Hill Road in the Town of Harpersfield, Delaware County, NY. He is a white male, 6 feet tall, and about 180 pounds. He has grey hair and brown eyes.

Bourgholtzer was last seen Saturday at about 8 a.m., leaving his camp to go hunting by himself police said.

He may be driving his 2011 Ford Focus with New Jersey license plates KDN45E.

Authorities are asking anyone with information to call the New York State Police at 607 561-7400.
