Camden County Prosecutor Warren Faulk says Lindenwold police found the body of 65-year-old Marian Beppel on Wednesday. They went to the home after a relative received a letter that day from Robert Beppel, who indicated there had been a violent incident at the home.

Robert Beppel was home when police arrived and he was later taken to a hospital for a psychological evaluation. Faulk said Beppel has been charged with murder.

It's believed that Marian Beppel was killed Tuesday. Faulk says she died from blunt force trauma, but he declined to provide further details.
