Sometimes our relatives, friends or co-workers can abuse the power of social media. We all know people who over-saturate our Facebook and Twitter newsfeeds with meaningless updates day in and day out. A new social media outlet which has become a favorite for smartphone users is Instagram. It's like Twitter, but exclusively for pictures.

It took me a while to catch on to it, but over the recent months I've become a fan of Instagram. A friend of mine who knows more about it informed me that people have actually become Instagram famous, or... "insta-famous" just by getting people to like their photos.

The one major complaint Instagram tends to get is, once again, the over-saturation of meaningless uploads. People snapping photos of their meals, hundreds of pictures of the sky or ocean. This complaint was recently addressed in a hilarious song parody set to Nickelback's "Photograph" and you can check out the video below.
