It's been five years since anyone's seen Kacey Lynn Prim, authorities say – but they're not giving up hope.

The Camden County Prosecutor’s Office and Audubon Police Department say they're continuing to investigate the disappearance of Kacey Lynn Prim, who was 23 when her mother last saw her leaving her Central Avenue home on Jan. 3, 2011.

The following day, Prim spoke with her mother by phone, but has not made contact with her family since then, authorities said.

Prim was reportedly last seen by an acquaintance in the area of the 5800 block of Arch Street in Philadelphia sometime after leaving her home, police said. She was also known to frequent Camden City and her family has indicated she struggled with addiction.

Prim, who is now 28, is approximately 5 feet and 9 inches, and weighs about 130 pounds. She has blue eyes and had blonde hair at the time of her disappearance, police said.

She has a butterfly tattoo on her right hip as well as other tattoos on her right hand and abdomen, police said. She also has a pierced nose and was known to wear a diamond stud nose ring.

Police are asking anyone with information about Prim's whereabouts to contact Camden County Prosecutor’s Office Detective Brad Redrow at 856-225-8643, or Audubon Police Lt. Michael West and Audubon Police Detective Tim Stillman at 856-547-1171.
