Yes, it's his foot immediately after surgery.

At first I thought it was some strange burrito gone awry. I think he was jealous that I had posted my sister-in-law's toe injury picture so he wanted to one up her. The toe injury happened after she dropped a 70 pound television directly on it and you can see that Halloween horror here.
