Bill Doyle tries the Yankee Tower Diner meatloaf recipe

Last week, when he was filling in for Jeff, Steve Trevelise mentioned that the Yankee Tower Diner in Fairview used to have the best meat loaf. Being a fan of meat, I googled it and found many people think the Yankee Tower Meatloaf is the best meatloaf ever. I also found and typed out the recipe:

After having it for dinner, I have to say it was one of the better meatloaves I’ve ever had:
