Manchester Police say a 24-year-old woman hasn't been seen for three weeks, and are asking for the public's help finding her.

Amanda Picard was last seen on Feb. 5 at her grandmother’s residence in Holiday City, Berkeley, police said.

Picard is white, 5 feet and 7 inches, 130 pounds, with green eyes and brown hair, police said. She was dropped off by her parents at her grandmother’s home for the weekend as she does not have an active license or own a vehicle, police said.

She left her grandmother’s residence without her cell phone, according to police.

Authorities are asking that anyone with any information on Picard's whereabouts contact Manchester Township Police immediately at 732-657-6111 or Detective Rich Jupinka at 732-657-2009, ext. 4206.
