Imagine as you deal with single degree temperatures and below zero windchills if the Super Bowl were played today. Imagine if you could get a ticket, would you go?  Josh Finkelman, a football fan from New Brunswick and his lawyer Bruce Nagel are suing the NFL claiming that the league made just 1 per cent of the Super Bowl seats available and that is a clear violation of a provision found in New Jersey’s Consumer Fraud Act entitled "withholding tickets from sale, prohibited amount."

The NFL has issued a statement yesterday that read, "Our lawyers will review the complaint and respond accordingly."
