Wine And Milkshakes – Imperfect Together

Okay I admit I'm passing judgement without trying it. But it doesn't sound like it would go well together. Red Robin is experimenting with a new offering. The Mango Moscato Wine Shake. It's white wine and vodka with mango puree and vanilla ice cream.

The chain played around in the past with adult milkshakes of vanilla ice cream, caramel, and beer. I'm just not feeling it. Two great tastes that aren't necessarily great together. Makes me think of how my kid dipped strawberries in ketchup. Or how people will put jelly on liverwurst. Just not right. Then again I only yesterday had my first ever pork roll sandwich so what do I know?
