Have you ever been in a department store, restaurant or any public place and noticed someone decided to bring their dog along? What about on airplanes or subways? I'm not talking about seeing eye dogs for the blind or any type of service dog. I'm talking about regular dogs with everyday people. It's an attention grabber and a potential nightmare for whoever is in charge of clean-up.
