What Food(s) Do you Crave at the Jersey Shore?

Everybody goes to the shore for a different reason. The children like to play on the beach and dig in the sand. When you get older you want to hook up so that you can play on the beach and dig in the sand. One thing you always go for regardless of your age, is the food.

There are foods that you crave when you go down the shore. Your mouth waters as you’re driving down the Garden State Parkway. Can anything beat homemade spaghetti and crabs, especially when you caught the crabs?  How about striper, bluefish or anything you manage to reel in? Since you’re in a seafood mood, it’s mandatory to go out for the seafood dinner. Even if they shipped it in, it just tastes better at the shore.

Of course great Jersey shore food isn’t limited to fish, How about sausage and peppers in Seaside Heights or Pt Pleasant?  Pizza always taste better at the shore, I’m thinking Joey Tomatoes, or Mack and Manco in Ocean City.  Let’s not forget Boardwalk Fries!  To wrap it up, for dessert, how about Dippin Dots?  Or my maybe you enjoy my favorite Jersey Shore band “Led Zeppole ;)

Fudgy Wudgy, Kohr Brothers frozen custard is a must. Whatever it is, you know you’ve gotta have it because no trip to the shore would be complete without it. Now stop reading and start eating! Mange!
