WATCH: Cop says he doesn’t have to follow constitution resigns

A Helmetta police officer who was seen and heard on tape saying since President Obama decimated the U.S. constitution he didn't have to follow it either has resigned.

It started when resident Steve Wronko had an issue with the Helmetta Animal Shelter and was in a public building using a video camera. Police were called and the entire interaction with officer Richard Recine was caught on tape. Here's the full version of the video.
