High temperatures yesterday barely made it above 20, 21 at Newark, but it was only 20 in Atlantic City, Trenton and Wrightstown.

The normal high temperature should be in the mid to upper 40s, so we were way below normal, which we will be today with some sunshine and arriving clouds.

It will still be cold with most highs in the upper 20s, but still below normal.

Partly cloudy tonight with some teens and single digits again, but low 20s in urban and coastal areas, though.

Continued partly cloudy for Wednesday with highs tomorrow well into the 30s.

Some clouds may still be around Thursday back in the 30s with a brisk wind off the ocean.

We'll have to be watching a storm system passing by offshore late Thursday night into Friday morning with just the chance of some spotty, light rain or snow, especially in southern and coastal counties.

It should be a bit milder over the upcoming weekend.  There may be a few showers, at some point in time.
