Time Magazine coming in hot with cover depicting Russia overtaking White House
Damn. Not entirely sure how I feel about this yet, but that is quite the chilling image. Clearly focusing on Trump’s (increasingly obvious) ties to Russia, a Russian building is seen consuming the White House.
It is not entirely clear yet if they were going for the Kremlin design, which would make more sense, or another onion dome structure, which is prevalent in Russian church architecture.
I have a feeling your opinion on the cover depends on your opinion of Trump. If you don't believe he has ties to Russia, or simply don't care, you probably think Time is catering to the triggered kids and "loony lefties." If you do believe in "where there's smoke, there's fire," you likely had goosebumps the first time you saw this image.
But maybe I'm entirely wrong. What do you think of this Time cover? Take our poll below.
