Much to Judi's son's suprise a man with a tattoo on his forehead showed up at the door. What does it mean?

To Robert Norton Kennedy it means forgiveness even when he does something stupid. The South Carolina man, 51, was arrested Saturday morning for assault and battery.

According to the suspect’s forehead, which quotes Matthew 19:26, “With God All Things Are Possible.” Noting that “God Loves You,” Kennedy’s ink also seeks forgiveness in the event he says or does anything stupid.
