You're not supposed to worry about calories and getting fat when eating Easter candy, but you know that you do. So to relieve that anxiety, NBC News has come out with the "Healthiest Easter Candies," ranking the most popular candies by calories, fat, and sugar content, and serving size.

Remember when eating Easter candy like anything else when you're dieting — moderation! Keep checking this list on Sunday.

Reese's Peanut Butter Egg — There's a lot of sugary tastiness on this list, but this one's not too bad — because peanuts lead the list of ingredients, not the sugar. According to the NBC report, the eggs amount to just 90 calories and 8 grams of sugar per serving, It also notes that protein will help satisfy your hunger sooner.

Tootsie Easter Egg Shaped Pops — There are only 60 calories and just 10 grams of sugar. And as the NBC report notes, since it's a lollipop, you can suck on it all day making it last so much longer while the other candies have all been devoured.

Russell Stover Coconut Cream Egg — We're talking dark chocolate wrapped around coconut. The NBC report says it's got just 120 calories and 16 grams of sugar per serving. And that's dark chocolate, which also healthier and will make you feel even less guilty.

Cadbury Creme Egg — It's got more sugar and calories than the rest but, hey, it's a Cadbury, and for many the 150 calories and 20 grams of sugar is worth it.

Hershey's Milk Chocolate Easter Kisses — There are 160 calories in a serving of seven, which comes to 18 grams of sugar. If you have one every half hour and eat slowly, you'll satisfy your sweet tooth while still having more to look forward to. You'll love swirling that delicious chocolate all around your mouth!

Of course it wouldn't be Easter without mentioning the candy that everyone loves to hate yet it still appears on the shelves, Peeps! Say what you will about the quick-hardening marshmallow candy but somebody's eating them, to the tune of 110 calories and 26 grams for four.
