The Record reports that the incident occurred late Friday morning, shortly after a bomb threat was called in to Clifton High School.

Police tell the newspaper that 28-year-old Jessica Marcus of Clifton berated the teacher, then tried to move her vehicle around other cars that had stopped. Her vehicle then hit the teacher, who was knocked to the ground, and Marcus nearly hit some students as she drove off.

The teacher, whose name was not disclosed, was treated at a hospital for injuries that are not considered life-threatening.

No explosives were found at the school.
