Well, I predicted 65 to near 70 yesterday, and the warmest it got 64 at the airport in Atlantic City, which is 11 miles inland.  It was 64 in Wrightstown, so mid 60s was the closest it got.

It was nowhere near 70 anywhere.

Today will be warmer despite lots of clouds.  It'll be in the lower 70s, but watch for some areas of fog through the morning, and particularly along the oceanfront and parts of North Jersey too.

A few showers are possible later this afternoon and this evening. That rain will arrive tonight, and some could be heavy.

It'll be cooler by morning with lows from 48 to 52. The rain should be gone by 5 or 6 o'clock.  By 7 or 8 o'clock, it's long gone.

Some forecasters are mentioning the chance of showers tomorrow morning.  I don't get it.  It's going to be gone, gone, gone.

In fact, sunshine should return fairly quickly with a gusty wind developing with temps from the low to maybe mid 60s Saturday afternoon.

Sunny but cooler Sunday only in the 50s.

Enjoy your weekend.
