Philadelphia police officer shot and wounded by suspect
A Philadelphia police officer has been shot and wounded.
Police say the unidentified officer was shot once in the left leg Sunday night. He was taken to a hospital. His condition was not immediately available.
Police say the officer fired his own weapon during the incident.
There's no word on what led to the shooting.
No arrests have been made. Police continue to investigate.
