Ocean County teen missing after running away 2 weeks ago

MANCHESTER — Police are looking for a 15-year-old runaway girl who was last seen Thursday after running away from home a week earlier.

Imani N. Duffy left her home on Aug. 31 and was last seen in The Bronx on Sept. 7, according to Manchester Police. She told her mother on the phone she would return the next day but did not come home.

Police said Duffy is 5 feet, 5 inches and weighs 110 pounds.

The Manchester Patch reported that she went missing during a family barbecue in May and was found a day later in Bayville.

Police asked anyone who knows Duffy's whereabouts or who have spoken to her to call 732-657-6111.
