The Bergen County Prosecutors office announced the $25,000 reward in the case of Dolores Alliotts on Monday. The 69-year-old was murdered in April 2010.

Authorities say Alliotts was stabbed to death and her Palisades Park home was set on fire in an attempt to cover up the crime. It's believed that a young adult acting as a delivery man or real estate agent may have had previous interactions with Alliotts, who lived alone.

Authorities believe the suspect may also have interacted with other women the same age as Alliotts.
