NJ nurse raped helpless incapacitated victim, prosecutors say
WYCKOFF — A man working as a nurse has been accused of engaging in sexual conduct with a "physically helpless and mentally incapacitated victim" in this township.
Radcliffe R. Rose, 51, of Maywood, was charged with first-degree aggravated sexual assault after his arrest Thursday.
A spokeswoman for Bergen County Prosecutor's Office did not say whether the victim was a patient or whether the attack took place in a facility or a home.
Rose was being held without bail until a court hearing Tuesday.
New Jersey 101.5 did not know Friday whether Rose had an attorney who could speak on his behalf.
