
NJ man had $1M worth of cocaine in home, police say
MANCHESTER — An Ocean County man was uncovered as a major heroin distributor after State Police said they found $1 million worth of product in his home.
Artemio Gayton, 43, was arrested after a week long investigation during a car stop on March 1, according to police, who said they seized 10 kilograms during a search of his Manchester home.
Gayton was charged with possession of heroin and intent to distribute. He was released pending a court appearance.
State Police, Manchester police and the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office were all part of the investigation.
