NJ Gang Member Charged with Rival’s Murder
New Jersey prosecutors have charged an alleged gang member with murdering a man from a rival group.
The Union County Prosecutor's Office says 23-year-old Eugene Cady, allegedly a member of the Rollin 30's Crips, has been charged with the murder of Kason Wilson.
Police say Cady allegedly shot and killed Wilson in Linden on August 21, 2011 .
Prosecutors say Wilson was allegedly a member of the G-Shine Bloods, and say his death was the result of warring rival gangs.
Cady's bail has been set at $1 million. He was arrested while in jail on an unrelated gun conviction.
It's not immediately clear who is representing him.
